[Electricity Installation]
- Electricity supplied at the exhibition hall is single-phase 220V or higher. Exhibitors requiring 110V power must prepare their own AVR or transformer.
- Installation:
- Shell Stand/Coffee&Bakery Alley: main electrical feeder, lighting, switch, and power outlet will be installed inside the booth
- Space Only: main electrical feeder will be installed only after an electricity application has been submitted to the organizer. Wiring connections inside the booth must be carried out by the exhibitor in coordination with the official contractor
- During the booth construction period, all electrical installations will be carried out by a COEX-approved service provider. Exhibitors must apply for the required amount of electricity during the utilities application period
- appropriate safety devices must be installed when displaying sensitive equipment
- Do not overload electrical outlets by connecting multiple multi-plugs or extension cords. All electrical work must be performed by a COEX-appointed official service provider
- Electricity will be turned off 30 minutes after the exhibition closes each day. Exhibitors requiring 24-hour power supply must apply for it in advance through the organizer
- Exhibitors are encouraged to apply for an appropriate amount of electricity for both lighting and equipment. If the registered electricity is found to be insufficient during booth setup or the exhibition period, additional electricity must be requested for safety reasons. This requirement helps prevent accidents caused by overloaded power. Any costs resulting from fire or damage to other exhibitors caused by excessive power usage will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
[Water & Drainage Supply & Internet]
- All water supply and drainage installation work inside the exhibition hall must be carried out by a COEX-designated official contractor.
(This includes the initial installation of water supply lines and the second-stage connection to exhibitor equipment. External contractors may provide on-site supervision only.)
- The organizer and the exhibitor are responsible for any damage or loss caused by water leaks resulting from negligent operation of booth equipment or improper installation by external contractors. Liability may include both civil and criminal responsibility.
- Operating Hours
- Water & drainage supply and compressed air will be available from 30 minutes before the exhibition opens until 30 minutes after it closes each day.
- Exhibitors using ice makers or similar equipment should take this schedule into account and must shut off the water valve before leaving the venue.
- Water Leakage Prevention
Water leakage inside the exhibition hall may cause electrical hazards and flooding.
- The exhibition hall floor is not waterproof. Exhibitors are responsible for preventing water leakage at all times.
- Waterproof sheeting should be installed around all water supply lines.
- If a leak occurs, immediately close the water valve, take appropriate emergency measures, and notify the organizer.
- Water supply can be stopped by closing the valve. Exhibitors must ensure that the valve is fully closed at the end of each exhibition day and check all valve connections for leaks.
- Drainage lines remain open throughout the exhibition period and require extra attention to prevent leakage.
- Drainage Line Installation
The use of T-joints (T-line drainage connections) is strictly prohibited.
Each drainage pipe must be connected directly to its corresponding equipment on a one-to-one basis.
- Additional Protective Devices
If there is any risk of equipment damage due to pressure fluctuations, pressure reduction, or pressure loss, appropriate protective devices must be installed at the exhibitor's own expense.
- Important Notes for Uninstallation
- Discharging liquid waste into floor trenches or drainage pipes is strictly prohibited.
- The exhibition hall floor and trench interiors are not waterproof. Improper disposal of liquids may cause backflow, leakage, and damage to the venue.
