Equipment or components containing hazardous materials, such as explosive gases, flammable substances, high-pressure equipment, radioactive materials, or vibration-generating devices, must be submitted for approval prior to hall entry. Approved items must be displayed only after completing the required safety measures in advance. Each exhibitor is fully responsible for the safe management and operation of such equipment throughout the exhibition period. Unapproved hazardous materials or equipment may be restricted from entering the venue in accordance with COEX regulations. Exhibitors planning to bring hazardous materials or equipment must submit a prior application and obtain approval before move-in.
