Parking passes are NOT provided automatically. Exhibitors who wish to receive parking passes must submit a request within deadline. A parking pass registration URL will be provided ONLY to exhibitors who have completed the application by deadline.

• Up to 4 parking passes per exhibitor will be provided upon request, regardless of booth size.
• Requesting for additional parking passes are not available. Please refer to the exhibitor parking discount information or other parking options.
• Each one-day (24-hour) parking pass is valid for a SINGLE EXIT ONLY. Once the vehicle exits the parking lot, the pass expires and cannot be reused for re-entry.

How to Use

Parking Registration URL for your submitted parking passes will be activated starting from November 9th (Mon), 2026 on Exhibitor Portal. Please register and use your parking pass following the instruction below AFTER entering your vehicle to parking area.

1. Register the vehicle license plate number upon entry of usage day
2. Login as Exhibitor on CafeShow official website
3. Click [Mobile Parking Pass (Parking Registration URL)] below Notice section on main page dash board
4. Copy the Parking Registration URL assigned to your company and access the link
5. Enter your vehicle license plate number → Register the parking pass → Exit the parking facility
