All Space Only exhibitors must submit booth drawings and the construction application form in accordance with COEX regulations to ensure smooth booth construction.

Failure to submit the required documents within the designated period may result in disadvantages or restrictions. Please submit the required documents within the given deadline as soon as possible.

⏰ Deadline : ~September 30th (Wed), 2026 (Late submissions may not be accepted and may result in restrictions)

🔍 Mandatory Documnets Required:

Space Only Booth Layout (Floor Plan, Elevation Plan, Bird’s Eye View) ※ Specific dimensions (W × D × H) of the 2D booth frame must be provided. Incomplete submissions without this information will be returned for resubmission.
Construction Company & Constructor List Information

※ Exhibitor contractors must file a separate report to COEX

Mandatory Checklist before Submission

Booth constructions can only work through COEX designated partner companies
Refer to the list and directly contact and contract with booth constructors
Self-construction by exhibitors itself is strictly prohibited (Display of products and furniture only is not permitted)

Construction Instructions

Booth height restrictions vary depending on the booth location, with maximum heights of 4m, 4.5m, or 5m. Please check the specific height limitations of your booth location via floor plan before proceeding with construction.
All exhibition materials and booth structures must comply with applicable fire safety regulations, building safety standards, and the COEX Exhibition Regulations.
