Bonded customs clearance refers to a simplified import procedure that allows exhibitors bringing exhibition goods from overseas to display their items without completing a formal import declaration. After the exhibition, the goods must either be re-exported overseas or, if there is a local buyer, transferred to a bonded warehouse and imported through the formal import clearance process.

Organizer’s office will arrange the establishment of a bonded exhibition area within the venue for exhibitors displaying bonded exhibition goods during the event period. Accordingly, exhibitors must submit detailed information regarding their bonded exhibition goods within the deadline.
